mobile terminal cant be used yet in IPT4G. instead, change your password via PC using the PUTTY software. just google it.

You only need to worry about changing your password if you have OpenSSH installed. There’s no point in really having it installed, unless you do a lot of command-line work.

I have an ipod touch 4th gen. I jailbroke it and installed mobile terminal. When I tap on the mobile terminal icon mobile terminal opens and then closes right back down. It won’t stay open to allow me to change my root password. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
