system.img for Android on iPhone 3G (0.2b) with Market, YouTube, etc.

Here you go. It’s a working system.img with all of your usual Android applications, including Market, Gmail, Google Talk, Gmail, and more.

Again, this is for use with Noltari’s unofficial 0.2b build of Android 1.6 for the iPhone 3G. Just transfer the system.img from the tarball to /var on your iPhone 3G (via SSH, iFile, DiskAid, Total Commander, iPhoneBrowser, iPhone Explorer, etc), and then boot with OpeniBoot.

    Yeah. I was able to download and install WordPress, Linpack, and a few others. They download quickly, but take a while to install.
