Jailbreak your iDevice on iOS 4.3.2 Tethered with RedSn0w 0.9.6RC12 here!

Today, we are going to teach you how to jailbreak your iDevice on iOS 4.3.2 using RedSn0w 0.9.6RC12!  Click the “Read More” button to get started!

**PLEASE NOTE** THOSE RELYING ON AN ULTRASN0W UNLOCK – PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

**IMPORTANT** THIS IS A TETHERED JAILBREAK MEANING THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOT YOUR IDEVICE WITH YOUR COMPUTER EVERYTIME!

Guide

STEP 1: Download RedSn0w 0.9.6RC12 (Windows) here.  (Mac) here.  You will also need an iDevice running iOS 4.3.2 (click here to find out how to update or download iOS 4.3.2) , and the 4.3.1 IPSW file for your corresponding device which can be downloaded here.

STEP 2: Run RedSn0w.  Click on Browse, and choose the 4.3.1 IPSW file! NOT 4.3.2! for your corresponding device.  Then click next.

  • Hold the Power button for 3 seconds
  • Hold the Power and Home buttons for 10 seconds
  • Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button for 10 seconds

Your iDevice is now in DFU more :)

STEP 5: Once in DFU more, let RedSn0w do it’s job.  Your iDevice will reboot fully when it is done, and it is not officially on a tethered 4.3.2 jailbreak!

PLEASE READ!!!

BOOTING ON A TETHERED STATE

When your iDevice has ran out of battery or reboots, it will have to be tethered again.  Follow these steps to boot into a tethered state.

STEP 1:  Repeat steps 2-5, but instead of ticking “install cydia“, only tick “just boot tethered right now“.
