Firemint’s Real Racing 2 cinematic trailer

Looks like Ping may be trying to get a little more useful. The idea of Ping was really great and I personally do enjoy it and have discovered some new artists from the service, but for most, it has proven pretty useless.

table.connect – Q&A

We were able to get a hold of the people behind the table.connect project. It’s basically a big table with a huge multitouch display in it. You can connect an iDevice to it, and control it via the table. Earlier today, they’ve released a video showing it off. Q&A after the break!

This is pretty cool, but is it real? As soon as the guy taps the icon on his SpringBoard, he presses the power button on his iPhone. Maybe there’s something to this.

Verizon Tiered Plans

Just as promised, Verizon has created a tiered data plan. No worries though, this is much better than the way AT&T decided to do it. Verizon gives you a 150 mb option for $15, in addition to keeping the $29 unlimited option. Definitely upstages AT&T who decided to get rid of the unlimited plan altogether.
