iPhone has seen many updates over these past 5 years, but the core operating system has stayed the same. IPhone as a gaming device?

What was once an easy device to make apps for has, in turn, become hell for app developers. It was okay when Apple only had 3 devices out with similar capabilities. But now, we have 3 separate devices that need to have apps that must to be optimized for its respective processing power and screen size.
