Panorama is a nice little paid tweak from Cydia, so you need a jailbroken device for this. What Panorama does is give you the ability to have panoramic Homescreen wallpaper, ie: the wallpaper will scroll along as you move through pages (kind of like the Zune HD).

Today is a good day for jailbreakers (iOS) and rooters (Android/webOS) alike. The Library of Congress has added an exception to the DMCA, which makes jailbreaking (and rooting…) legal.
